I wrote on small strips of card so it wasn't so daunting writing it all out at once, cut them into ribbons and inked round the edges. I think it really worked with the papers from Polka Doodles, and to my surprise everyone liked it and said that I should do more like that. So what do I know, hey...

Fathers Day
These Fathers Day cards were made using the papers from the Making Cards magazine.


Using ribbon on a male card can be a bit tricky so I opted for good old parcel string instead, thought it also went quite well with the jungle theme and if you wanted to change the colour it's quite easy with ProMarkers.
