A stepper card seemed to me to be obvious choice for this topper and the Art Deco Ladies from Nancy Watt Designs. The lady herself seems quite sassy indeed. I've used clear glitter glue to sparkle up her hat and also on the sentiment.

What a sassy card this one is. I love the whole theme and the colours are just perfect.
